Secondary school sessions

at Kensington Palace

Secondary school offering at Kensington Palace

Bring your students to Kensington Palace to explore stories from monarchy and empire to the residents of the palace and the voices that shaped it over the last 400 years. A visit to the palace encourages students to question how people in the past lived, ruled and were represented, and how these stories continue to shape society today.

We offer both facilitated and self guided opportunities. For more information on individual sessions please explore the information below.

Self-led school visits

Visit Kensington Palace on a self-led basis throughout the year. This flexible option allows teachers to plan a visit around their curriculum needs and gives students time to explore the palace independently.

Self-guided visits are supported by free online resources and pre‑visit information to help you prepare your group and make the most of your day.
