Kensington Palace is usually a paid entry site whereas other Museums and galleries are free to visit. We are piloting a pricing model of £1.00 per person for these events, this pricing model is under evaluation & subject to change for future events.
Yes you can. However, the site will become a lot busier after 11:00.

Yes, there is a Changing Places toilet on site.
Though the history of Kensington Palace is not as graphic as our other sites, clear signage will be in place to inform you of which rooms may contain information or artifacts that may be upsetting so some visitors.
We will place signage and staff to pre-warn visitors of graphic historical detail but cannot guarantee that all information panels around the site will be free of this information. Please note this is detailed in a family friendly way.
There may be live actors around the Palace. These actors are here to embody history and engage with you about the lives of people who lived in the Palace. They are not scare actors, and no graphic content will be included. Engaging with the actors is optional and your visual story will detail in which rooms they will be placed.
We will not be providing a Sensory Room but there will be quiet break-out spaces available.
No, you can choose to take part in the activities or choose to wander around the site to your own schedule.
