Costumed actors are on-site daily with plays and presentations about the history of Hampton Court Palace. These performances last anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour - some may even require audience participation!
Seasonal tours and talks are sometimes available free of charge to our visitors. They cover a range of specialist subjects - from the gardens to the paintings. Conservation tours or object talks are also available. Check your 'What's on today' brochure on arrival for details.
Our Deaf guides and BSL interpreter-guides can arrange to be on-site during your visit to give you a tour of the palace.
They offer the following tours:
10.30-12.30: The Tudor Palace of Henry VIII and his wives
13.30-15.30: The Baroque Palace of William III and Mary II
16.00-17.00: The palace gardens (summer only)
