Thank you for becoming a member and helping us care for six of the most extraordinary palaces in the world.

Using your membership

Start visiting right away

When you join, you will receive a confirmation email straight away. This will include a QR code which can be scanned at the entrance to the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, or Hillsborough Castle and Gardens for free entry within opening times. 

You can also show this email at the entrance of Kew Gardens to receive 10% off admission to Kew Palace, Queen Charlotte’s Cottage and the Great Pagoda during seasonal opening times.

Members in the UK will also receive a membership card by post within 28 days. If you receive a membership card, please bring it with you on each visit.

The membership and any associated benefits are non-transferable and for named members only. 

Do I need to pre-book?

Members enjoy unlimited, free admission during opening hours. Pre-booking a free member ticket is only required on select palace event days. 

In 2026, members must pre-book a free member ticket to visit Hampton Court Palace during:

  • Henry VIII’s Joust at Hampton Court Palace (11 – 12 and 18 – 19 July)
  • The Hampton Court Palace Food Festival (29 – 31 August)
  • The Hampton Court Palace Festive Fayre (04 - 06 and 11 - 13 December 2026) and Winter Palace (28 November 2026 – 03 January 2027)

At any other time, you do not need to pre-book a ticket to enjoy your unlimited, free entry. Simply show your membership card or membership QR code. 

Please note, pre-booking is still required for non-general admission events, unless otherwise specified.

Where should I go on arrival?

You will be asked to present your membership card on arrival at the main entrance points, as shown on each palace map.
