Gift membership information

How does gift membership work?

When you purchase a gift membership, you will be sent a voucher within 10 days. This will include an activation form with a space to include a special message to give to the recipient.

You can alternatively opt to have the voucher sent directly to them if you wish - simply email [email protected] with the booking reference number and the name and address of the recipient so we know where to send it.

If you would like something to print out for the recipient while waiting for the gift membership voucher to arrive - you can download a print out here.

How do I activate my gift membership?

A gift membership can be activated at any point within 12 months of purchase.

The membership would begin on the day it is activated, and would run for 12 months from that date.

To activate the gift membership, the recipient can email [email protected] with the details required, or return the voucher and activation form to the Freepost address provided.

Fun for all the family

With gift membership, a lucky recipient can look for Catherine Howard's ghost at Hampton Court Palace, learn about the 300-year history of young royals at Kensington Palace, visit the ravens at the Tower of London or explore 100 acres of woodland at Hillsborough Castle and Gardens.

A young teenage girl and her younger sister smile with delight as they look at a replica of a tiara worn by HM The Queen in 1953 during her first ever visit to Hillsborough Castle. The tiara sits on a red velvet cushion with gold trim and is located in the State Dining Room. Green walls and a deep red curtain is visible behind the young girls.
