Booking Request Form

Form guidelines

Complete this form to request a booking for an online school session. Online sessions run twice a month on Tuesdays during term time, with one additional Thursday session each month in the Spring and Autumn terms only.

Before filling in this form:

  • Consider the online session you would like to book.
  • Check that the dates are available on our session pages.
  • If you are requesting multiple sessions on different days, please ensure you complete separate booking forms.
  • Each session can accommodate a maximum of 35 pupils.
  • Please note a working camera and microphone is essential to the running of the session.
