Complete this form to request a booking for a school visit to Hampton Court Palace at the reduced education rate. Before filling in this form:

Check that the date you wish to book falls within our term dates.

If you are visiting over multiple days, please ensure you complete separate booking forms.

No bookings are possible between Monday 22 July – Friday 30 August. Self -led school visits will commence from Wednesday 4 September and the International Schools Tour from Wednesday 18 September.

Total number of adults, including 1:1 support adults. * You must have a minimum ratio of 1 adult to every 10 pupils for those aged 7- 15 years and 1 adult to every 15 students for those aged 16+. Groups with an inadequate number of accompanying adults may not be booked or allowed entry to the site. Adults above the required ratios will be charged for. 1.1 support adults will be free of charge.

Add an International Schools Tour

Tours will be delivered in English by a costumed presenter and last 60 minutes, Each tour is an additional cost of £104.00 and can accommodate a maximum of 35 students.

By submitting this booking form, you are making a request for a booking to be made for your group. The visit should only be considered confirmed when a booking confirmation email and invoice is sent to you. This can take up to 10 days so please allow this time before contacting the team to check on progress. We work through requests in the date order they are received, and our response time will vary depending on how busy we are.

We may combine (non-personal) data about your school with information from the government's school census to understand more about the demographic profile of the schools visiting us. This helps us to develop our schools service to reach a wide range of schools.
